President's Message
Wow, time flies! It's hard to believe a whole month has passed since our last update. And boy, do we have some incredible news to share with you.

First off, I am absolutely thrilled to announce that we have officially launched the Rotary Club of Mental Health & Wellness Foundation 501(c)3. This is a huge accomplishment and a major stepping stone towards our mission. While there is still work to be done, we have laid the foundation and are ready to move forward.

But wait, there's more! We have some truly exciting plans for the upcoming month that I can't wait to share with you. One of our main priorities is to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in everything we do. To kickstart this important initiative, we will be hosting a virtual town hall meeting focused on DEI for professionals. It's going to be an event you won't want to miss.

Next month is also suicide awareness month, and we are determined to make a difference. We will be sharing numerous ways that you can get involved and help raise awareness. It's an incredibly important cause, and we hope you'll join us.

As devoted Rotarians, we always strive to live by the principles of the 4-way test. And a key aspect of that is taking care of our own well-being. It's important to remember that nurturing ourselves doesn't contradict our commitment to serving others. It's just like how airlines remind us to secure our own oxygen masks before helping others. We need to take care of ourselves so that we can continue making a positive impact in our communities.

So, let's come together and keep inspiring change. Let's make a lasting difference in the lives of those around us.

4-Way Test is all about looking inward:

1) Is it the Truth? Being truthful builds connections and relationships; we can relax and trust.  We need to be truthful with ourselves.

2) Is it fair to all concerned? Integrity is part of well-being, and it underscores Rotary’s values; are you being fair to yourself?

3) Will it build Goodwill and Better Friendships? Goodwill and friendships are definitely going to improve well-being.

4) Is it beneficial to all concerned? That includes you!

Congratulations!
